Retouching

Additional retouching or full retouching is available at $25/hr with a minimum of 1 hour.

Proofs

All proofs come with minor retouching done.  This is color correction, exposure correction, and other minor details taken care of.  Full retouching is available only on a purchased product unless client agrees to pay retouching fee per product of $25/hr with a minimum of 1 hour per image.  No exceptions.

Payment

I will not receive personal checks.  I take cash and PayPal only.  Sorry for any inconvenience. I’ve had some bad experiences with people and due to this I no longer accept personal checks.

PayPal Disclaimer

Due to paypal charging a usage and/or convenience fee for transfers, the fee will be reflected in your invoice.  To determine what your charge may possibly be, add $.30 per every $100 + 3%.  So to send $100 you would have to send $103.30.  For $200 it would be $206.28 and so on.  To keep from having to deal with these charges I encourage everyone to consider alternative forms of payment.

Cancellation

Effective on Jan 1st 2012, any cancellations for meetings, consultations and/or photo sessions will incur a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee if the cancellation falls inside of 24 hours of the date of said meeting.  This fee will be added on to all services and/or products being charged for and MUST be paid before any services or products are completed.

Image Deletion Policy

Due to the large amount of disk space that images take and to make sure that your images are delivered in a timely manner, unfinished/unedited images are kept for 30 days.  At this time they are deleted.  You may have me hold your images for an additional 60 days (90 days total) by emailing me and asking me to do so.  There is a fee for this additional time.  However, at 90 days all images that have been unfinished are deleted from my hard drive.

If, for some reason, your UNFINISHED without previous orders are accidentally deleted from my hard drives and backups, you will be notified and a refund of a portion of your money will be issued to you.  THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FINISHED AND DELIVERED IMAGES.
